Kayaking in Connecticut

With so many miles of coast line, grab a ocean kayak, paddle, life vest and hit the water.  Here in Milford we have pretty shallow coastal water areas and large volumes of water moving in and out of the water ways throughout Long Island Sound, the tides in some areas move very quickly and can be down right dangerous if you’re not proficient in paddling and among experienced ocean kayakers.
